Robotic Machining Centre 2.1

Our RM-002 system is an all in one solution for Robotic Machining Centre. Features a fully integrated KUKA Robot equipped with an 8.5kW Milling spindle, ready to start machining out of the box. System comes with a quick tool changer, height probe to set tool length and a CNC machined steel bed, and an optional extraction on the spindle head.

The table bed is on a rotary axis that is syncronized with the robot to enable a rotary milling method. Below are examples of how the rotary table can double the reach of the robot. Table can also be customised to suite the application. All aspects of the system can also be upgraded to suite a particular machining application.
